The fund's activities consist of joint investment activities, which are carried out in the interests of JSC "AMBLAN" participants and at the expense of JSC "AMBLAN" through the issuance of ordinary registered Shares.

Investing in commercial real estate
Investing in commercial real estate has a significant advantage - the acquisition of "physical property". Real estate is a good way to diversify an investment portfolio and distribute risks between different types of assets.
In the future, it is planned to invest in four categories of commercial real estate:
Profitable - multi-apartment complexes consisting of apartments and other similar objects. Offices - office premises to provide its employees with a place for work and specialized activities.
Office buildings will be divided into the following classes:
Class A. High quality homes in the most attractive locations with a variety of amenities such as fitness centers, gardens, rooftop terraces and more.
Class B. Medium, older office buildings with fewer amenities. These buildings are usually in locations that have less demand, such as suburbs or small towns.
Retail- real estate used by a business that sells goods or services to consumers.
Industrial – real estate used for production or large commercial storage.
Investing in Soft (software)
Investing in the IT sphere is important not only in our country, but also in the whole world.
We are currently developing package offers that can meet different needs. Such software will be tested, will work reliably, and you can not worry about errors due to numerous failures.

The company is currently investing in:

Investing in commercial real estate:
- Long rental periods. Tenants in commercial properties, such as office buildings or shopping centers, tend to stay there for a long time, resulting in a more stable cash flow for investors. Many leases are concluded for 4-5 years or more
– Higher return on investment. Commercial investments have higher returns, mainly due to longer lease terms. Here, it is important to consider that profitability is affected by the market for commercial premises in a particular area, for example, the number of vacant premises compared to the demand for them, as well as the general state of the economy.
- Capital gain. When you buy commercial real estate, you are taking ownership of an object whose value can go up or down. Historically, the real estate market has grown year after year, despite occasional downturns. If this trend continues, the value of the object will increase and it can be sold at a profit.
